Context

Broadstone HR intends to disrupt the human resources industry by creating a self-service sector that leverages a new market. Start-up business owners and human resources professionals will be able to connect through Broadstone HR, an online hiring marketplace.

Opportunity

How might we design a platform that on-demand connects Broadstone Consulting with its clients who primarily need Human Resources, Workplace and Employee Benefit consulting?

System Architecture

I charted the users journey through three interactions, considering the two marketplace users, Pros and Clients. A User Flow Diagram was then drawn to map every step that the users encounter.

Outcome

After narrowing the scope of the project to a single interaction, I continued to prototype Client Posts a Project.

Prototype

Users begin at the marketplace dashboard. When users click Start a New Project, they are presented with an itemized list of project templates. Users are guided through each step with consistent button placement and headlines.

As a result of usability testing after my first draft, an additional screen was added, marking confirmed, and a navigation bar added to the top.
