Flagship Retail
The flagship store was developed as a marker for introducing Lancôme's new retail DNA to the U.S. market. Collaborating closely with the global direction, my responsibility as APM was to bridge design intent with construction, maintaining the aesthetic and technical integrity of the design throughout construction.
Blending innovation, technology, and heritage, the redefined retail expression drew inspiration from the setting of a star-lit French Atelier. Parquet flooring, suspended lighting, architectural details, and touchscreen mirrors highlight the brand’s effortlessly chic French aesthetic.
Organized into makeup, fragrance, and skincare categories, the flexible layout adapts to the evolving customer journey. Each category offers a distinct, inspiring beauty experience.
The retail identity was then implemented throughout the U.S. market with newly desinged fixtures, millwork details, merchandising displays, and materials.
