Modernizing Retail for Every Generation

Lancôme's retail design standards are required to be best-in-class, which is why the Bloomingdale's flagship store was developed as a marker for its identity and quality. I developed the retail layout and managed creative aspects throughout all phases of the project, including initiation, production, cost administration, drawing review, execution, and schedule monitoring.

Retail Design & Construction

Collaborating closely with the global direction, the redefined retail identity drew inspiration from the architectural details of a French Atelier, paying homage to the heritage brand.

A artistic and casually chic French touch is reflected through parquet flooring, elegant pendants, and suspended mirrors.

Various categories are outlined in the floor plan, including cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare. Each category offers a distinctive and inspiring beauty experience.

The retail identity was then implemented throughout the US market with key fixtures and materials.

Analytics determine the scale of categories in each store's floor plan. Product touch points are strategically positioned to actively engage customers.

A distinctive experience was defined for each product, incorporating merchandising, visuals, and fixture details.
